Privacy & Cookies

Astriq (astriq.org) offers free horoscope, tarot and oracle readings for reflection and entertainment. This page explains in plain English what information we handle, why, and what you can do about it.

The short version

If you only browse or take a free reading

We do not ask for your name or email, and we do not keep a record of your readings. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this only to keep the site running securely and to limit abuse.

If you sign in to unlock a premium reading

Premium readings use Google sign-in. When you sign in we store:

We do not receive your Google password, and we do not store your name, photo or reading history. We keep this information until you ask us to delete it. We use it only to let you sign in and unlock premium readings, and we do not sell it.

After you sign in, a small session cookie keeps you signed in while you use the site.

Services that help create your readings

To write your reading, the details you choose are sent to AI services:

These services have their own privacy policies. Readings are written by AI and are for entertainment and self-reflection only.
